The placement of approximately 8 to 10 implants, distributed over the arch, optimally balances the occlusal loads and improves the success of immediate loading: the pre-implant diagnoses will define the treatment plan. Thus a list of contraindications will be established (such as bone volumes or some serious diseases) to facilitate the success of the protocol.
The study of occlusal forces and the aesthetic simulation will allow the design of a tri-dimensional guide radio surgical respecting the planning of implants to the tenth of a millimeter. This is a replica of the future prosthesis that the surgeon will position in the patient's mouth at the time of the procedure. This "pre-prosthesis" will guide the surgical procedure, according to the computer planning that has been done upstream, thus ensuring optimal integration of implants in the buccal bone volume.
